These Service Conditions apply specifically to Betiball's Premium subscription service and govern the terms under which paid content is delivered, used, and refunded. By purchasing any Premium package on betiball.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the conditions set out on this page.

1. Premium Service Overview
Betiball Premium is a paid digital subscription service that provides subscribers with access to enhanced football prediction features, value bet selections, extended statistical analysis, and priority customer support. The service is delivered entirely digitally via email and/or your registered account dashboard on betiball.com.
- Subscription packages are available on a daily, 10-day, or 30-day basis.
- Upon successful payment, Premium content will be delivered to your registered email address within 24 hours of the transaction.
- Delivery consists of digital content — specifically football prediction tips and analytical data — sent in email format.
- Betiball does not guarantee the accuracy or outcomes of any predictions delivered as part of the Premium service. All content remains for informational and entertainment purposes only.
- Betiball reserves the right to modify, update, or adjust Premium service features at any time with reasonable prior notice to active subscribers.
2. Subscription & Payment Conditions
- All payments are processed securely through our authorised third-party payment provider. Betiball does not store full payment card details.
- Subscription fees are charged at the time of purchase and are non-transferable between accounts.
- Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless explicitly stated during the checkout process.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your registered email address is active and capable of receiving emails from Betiball. Failure to receive tips due to an incorrect or inactive email address provided by the subscriber does not constitute grounds for a refund.
- Betiball Premium content is licensed for the personal, non-commercial use of the registered subscriber only. Sharing, reselling, redistributing, or republishing Premium content to third parties — whether for payment or free of charge — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.
3. Refund Conditions
Betiball is committed to delivering a high-quality Premium service. We operate a fair and structured refund policy. Refund requests will be considered only in the following qualifying circumstances:
Eligible for Refund
- Non-Delivery: If the system fails to deliver Premium tips to your registered email within 24 hours of payment due to a technical error that is directly attributable to Betiball — not to an incorrect email address or spam filter on the subscriber's side.
- Technical Error by Betiball: If a verifiable system error on our side results in the subscriber not receiving the content they paid for, we will process a full refund upon verification.
- Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same subscription package due to a technical processing error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
- Cancellation Before Delivery: If you request cancellation in writing before the first tip delivery of your subscription period, and the request is received and acknowledged by Betiball before delivery commences.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Prediction Outcomes: Refunds are not issued on the basis of prediction results, match outcomes, or dissatisfaction with the accuracy of tips. All predictions are probability-based and inherently uncertain.
- Content Already Delivered: Once tips have been sent to your registered email address, the service is considered delivered and no refund will be issued for that period.
- Subscriber Error: Incorrect email address, failure to check spam/junk folders, or failure to access the content in a timely manner does not qualify for a refund.
- Change of Mind: Refunds are not issued for change of mind after purchase.
- After Request Deadline: Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the payment date will not be considered under any circumstances.
- Terms Violation: Users found to have violated these Service Conditions — including sharing or reselling Premium content — forfeit all refund eligibility and may face account suspension and legal action.
4. Refund Request Procedure
To submit a refund request, follow these steps:
- Step 1 – Submit Request: Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Registered Email]". Include your full name, registered email address, payment date, order reference (if available), and a clear description of the reason for your request. All requests must be sent from the registered email address associated with the account.
- Step 2 – Review: Our support team will review your request and may ask for additional information or evidence to verify the claim. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days.
- Step 3 – Resolution: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider. Transaction fees charged by third-party payment processors are non-refundable.
Betiball reserves the right to decline any refund request that does not meet the qualifying conditions set out above.
5. Acceptable Use of Premium Content
By subscribing to Betiball Premium, you agree to the following usage conditions:
- Premium tips and analytical content are provided exclusively for your own personal research and informational use.
- You must not publish, forward, screenshot, or otherwise distribute Premium content to any third party without Betiball's express written consent.
- You must not use Premium content to operate a commercial tipping service, paid social media group, or any other for-profit prediction business.
- Betiball retains full intellectual property rights over all Premium content at all times.

Important: All predictions, tips, and analytical content delivered as part of Betiball Premium are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not betting advice, financial recommendations, or guaranteed outcomes. Betiball assumes no liability for any financial losses incurred as a result of using Premium content.
