Why the Three Double Chance Percentages Exceed 100% When Added Together
1X, X2 and 12 overlap. They are not three mutually exclusive outcomes.
Home is included in both 1X and 12. Draw is included in 1X and X2. Away is included in X2 and 12.
As a result, the three Double Chance probabilities should not be added together and interpreted as one ordinary probability distribution.
